Three days challenge.
Wuling Quadruple Mountains refer to our four famous mountians from west to east, Mt. Pintian 3,524m (No.24), Mt. Chihyou 3,303m (No.52), Mt. Tao 3,525m (No.48), and Mt. Kalahei 3,133m (No.84). The total length of the trail is approximate 29.2km.

Although they are on the same mountain range, but they have four different type of views. Start the trail from Wuling Farm, you will arrive the most flat-topped on Mt. Chihyou with the famous “Chihyou Tree". Then hike to Mt. Pintian to feel the thrilled arduous cliff. Hike to the very far far away Mt. Kalahei which is the shortest one among four. At last, enough the high and marvelously great one, Mt. Tao. It named as the top like a peach shape. Highly recommend to plan for three days trip to get the taste for this trail.

Three days trip:
First day takes around 10 hours (8.9km) hike to Mt. Chihyou and back to Xinda cabin. Second day takes 2 hours (1.6km) to Mt. Pintian. Then take 6 hours (5.1km) to hike to Mt. Tao Cabin. Third day take 3 hours (5.2km) to Mt. Kalahei and take 6.5 hours (6.3km) to Mt. Tao. Finally, another 30mins back to Wuling Cabin. Total would be 2,863m elevation gain hiking.
