A day challenge.
Mt. Kalahei is No.84 Peak of “Taiwan One Hundred Peaks”, which is 3,133m in altitude and the length of the trail is approximate 9km.

Mt. Kalahei is the shortest mountain among WulingFour and it is the farthest one. It is quite challenging with the day trip.

A day trip:
You will take around 30 mins (1.7km) from Wuling Inn to Mt. Tao trailhead. Then takes 6 hours (4.5km) all the way up to Mt. Tao. Keep going to Mt. XiLun for 1 hour (1.8k) and 1 hour (1.7k) to Mt. Kalahei. After that, all the way back to trailhead. Total would be 1,998m elevation gain hiking.
