A Day or two challenge.
Mt. Beidawu (Kavulungan) is No.90 Peak of “Taiwan One Hundred Peaks", which is 3,092m in altitude and the total length of the trail is approximate 9km.

Kavulungan is famous with amazing sea of clouds especially during Autumn season. On clear days, hikers can catch a glimpse of Kaohsiung and Pingdong Cities in the distance. Taking two days trip would be best plan for seeing the amazing sunset and clouds.

Two days trip:
First day takes around 4 hours (4km) hike to Kuaigu Cabin. Second day takes 5 hours (5km) to Mt. Beidawu. Then take 6 hours to hike back to trailhead. Total would be 2,423m elevation gain hiking.
