Two or three days challenge.
Jiaming Lake Trail(Cidanuman Buan) is part of the second section of the Central Mountain Range. Jiaming Lake is another high mountain pond, which is 2,275~3,602m in altitude and the length of the trail is approximate 13km.

As it’s name, in the aboriginal Bunun language, the name of the lake is  “Mirror of the moon.” It means “Angel’s teardrop” or “God’s lost sapphire”. This lake was formed in 3,000 years ago. We suggest to take three days trip so that you can have enough time to check out the 
environment and animals there.

Three days trip:
First day takes around 8~9 hours (7k) hike to Jiaming Lake Cabin. Second day takes 2.5 hours (4.6k) to Jiaming Lake. Last day would take 1.5 hours back to trailhead. Total would be 2,083m elevation gain hiking.
Two day trip:
It would takes a harder 19 hours of hiking.
