穿越時空回到日治時期撫番的警備道路、以及許多舊時伐木產業的遺跡，有迷人的林道景觀也有歷史文化的遺跡，像是拋錨在路邊的本田王牌機車、傾頹的工寮、伐木作業的大型機具，以及一座潛藏在山林深處，被山友稱為「巒安堂」的林業聚落。

Lu’an to Xiluan Route
This alternative ascent to Mt. Xiluan begins at the remote Lu’an Temple trailhead in central Taiwan. The route winds through ancestral Atayal lands, old forest roads, and misty cypress woods before reaching the open summit ridge. Less traveled than the northern approach, this trail offers solitude, cultural depth, and a steady climb into the clouds.
