「神仙縱走」是苗栗縣境內熱門的登山連稜縱走路線，橫跨南庄、三灣、獅潭三鄉，通常由較高的仙山走向神桌山比較省力（順走），向北會經過大窩山、福南山、崩山、桃牛坪山等山頭；雖然海拔不高，卻有大山的氣勢，全程長達十多公里，約需八小時，應以中級山的難度看待。

The “Shenxian Traverse" is a popular ridge traverse hiking route in Miaoli County that spans the three townships of Nanzhuang, Sanwan, and Shitan. It is generally less strenuous to hike the “standard" direction by starting from the higher Xianshan (Fairy Mountain) and heading toward Shenzhuoshan (Altar Mountain). As the route heads north, it passes through several peaks, including Dawo Mountain, Funan Mountain, Beng Mountain, and Taoniuping Mountain. Although the overall elevation is not particularly high, the trail possesses the majestic presence of a major mountain range. The entire trek stretches over ten kilometers, takes approximately eight hours to complete, and should be approached with the preparation and mindset required for an intermediate-level mountain hike.
