The Sun Moon Lake International Swimming Carnival is one of Taiwan’s most iconic open-water swimming events, held annually in the picturesque Sun Moon Lake, Nantou County. Since its inception in 1983, the event has attracted thousands of swimmers from around the world, offering a unique opportunity to traverse approximately 3,000 meters across the lake’s serene waters.
