中央山脈主稜南一段是指關山至卑南主山稜脊群巒，是台灣高山最南端的高山縱走路線，為縱走路線中的入門段。其中會經過庫哈諾辛山、關山、海諾南山、小關山、卑南主山、石山等六顆超過 3,000 公尺的高山(其中雲水山及馬西巴秀山未列入百岳）。

If you’re looking for a true wilderness challenge, the Southern Section 1 Traverse, known locally as “南一段,” is where adventure meets remoteness. Stretching across the southern spine of Taiwan’s Central Mountain Range, this trail links multiple remote Baiyue (百岳) peaks and brings you deep into some of the island’s most untouched mountain terrain.
It’s one of the most physically demanding and logistically complex traverses — but also one of the most scenic and rewarding for seasoned hikers.
