五寮尖山形如同五座像拳頭般高低起伏的岩峰而得名，是北部三大岩場(五寮尖、筆架山、皇帝殿)之一。沿途需手腳併用、拉繩攀岩始能登頂，視野開闊遠眺三峽和鶯歌及樹林等地。

Wuliaojian (五寮尖) is one of northern Taiwan’s most thrilling and photogenic ridge hikes. Located in Sanxia, New Taipei City, this peak rises to 639 meters, but don’t let the modest elevation fool you—this hike is all about steep rope climbs, rugged rocks, and adrenaline-pumping ridge walks.
